Email complaints@sellyourskins.com. Describe the problem and add your Transaction ID if it's about a sale. We reply within 14 days.

You can also send a complaint by post to Digital Traders sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warszawa, Poland. The full complaint rules are in our Terms of Service. For quick help with a sale, the live chat is usually faster.

SKINFINITY.GG, the previous operator. It handles sales accepted on or before 31 August 2026, including their payouts. Sales from 1 September 2026 onwards are handled by Digital Traders sp. z o.o.
