Instant withdrawal

CS2 sales are paid after the 7-day Trade Protection ends. With Instant withdrawal, you can withdraw part of that money right away. The rest of each sale is paid automatically when its Trade Protection ends.

You can use it when:

• your status is Verified, meaning you've confirmed your identity, and
• you have at least $100 of completed CS2 sales, meaning sales that have already been paid out.

You'll find it on the Instant withdrawal card in your Profile. It only works for CS2 sales. Rust, Dota 2 and Team Fortress 2 sales aren't held for 7 days, so they're paid shortly after the sale anyway.

It's optional. Without verification you can still sell and get paid as usual.

Both levels are on the Instant withdrawal card in your Profile.

• Level 1: ID gives you the Verified status. Pick the country that issued your ID, then our partner Veriff checks your ID document and a short selfie video. It takes about 3 minutes.
• Level 2: Address gives you Verified+ and a higher limit. Upload a document from the last 3 months that shows your name and address: a bank statement (a PDF from your online banking is enough), a utility bill, a tax or government letter, or a rental agreement. The name has to match your ID. Our partner Didit checks it.

The decision usually takes a few minutes, and the card updates by itself. If you close the verification halfway, nothing is lost and you can start again.

• Verified: up to 10% of your completed CS2 sales, max $100 at a time.
• Verified+: up to 20% of your completed CS2 sales, max $200 at a time.

Completed sales are CS2 sales that have already been paid out. You need at least $100 of them before your first instant withdrawal.

"At a time" counts advances on sales that are still in Trade Protection. When a sale's Trade Protection ends, its advance is settled and that part of your limit is free again. You also can't withdraw more than is still to be paid from your sales in Trade Protection. The card shows how much you can take as Available now.

Long-term sellers we trust can get VIP status with a higher personal limit. Instant withdrawal may sometimes be temporarily unavailable.

Click Withdraw now on the card and choose an amount up to Available now.

• The money is taken from your sales in Trade Protection, starting with the one that ends soonest.
• Each advance goes to the payout method and currency of its own sale, the same account you chose when you sold. If the amount comes from several sales, you get several payouts.
• When a sale's Trade Protection ends, the rest of it is sent automatically to the same method. If the advance already covered the whole sale, there's nothing more to send.

On My transactions, each payout has its own label, for example Instant withdrawal #1000/1: advance and later Instant withdrawal #1000/2: rest of the sale, where 1000 is the sale number.

No, there's no extra fee for Instant withdrawal. The advance and the rest of the sale are normal payouts, so each one has the usual fee of your payout method.

Then the advance has to be paid back, and Instant withdrawal is switched off for your account. We'll email you about repaying it. You can still sell and get paid as usual.

• Country not supported: Instant withdrawal isn't available yet for ID documents from some countries. You can still sell and get paid as usual.
• Verification failed: you have 3 attempts for the ID check and 3 for the address check. After that the step locks. Write to us in the live chat and we'll help you try again.

Veriff (a company in the EU) checks your ID document and selfie video, including biometric data, only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@sellyourskins.com, and Instant withdrawal is then switched off. Didit checks your address document, but we don't store the uploaded file ourselves.

We store your verification status, your full name from the ID, the country of the document, a one-way hash of the document number (so one ID can't be used on several accounts) and your verified address. More in our Privacy Policy.
